A year-long, transformational journey for women committed to purpose, growth, and meaningful contribution.

Beginning with an immersive retreat, participants explore identity, vision, well-being, and leadership purpose through guided conversations and experiential practices. Over twelve months of continued connection and accountability, the group designs real pathways for personal evolution and impactful service.
