Who am I? What is essential for my wellbeing and to my success as a leader? What is the critical contribution I want to make to the world? What am I willing to give in service to these ends?

Making Change: The Soul Requirement

EXPLORE        INVENT        ENGAGE

As Women in Leadership, this is your invitation to begin a journey to wholeness. Please join a select group of committed women in a year long program that will create transformational change in your work, your life, and your level of contribution and commitment to improve our global community.

The purpose of this group is two fold:

  • To design and execute on an action plan to close the gap between your current reality and the ideal vision you hold for yourself
  • To define and create a program of service to enhance our shared community

We begin this journey together with a two day retreat. This time together allows you to connect, reflect and commit with each other. Together with a community of like minded women leaders, you will be guided through a series of conversations and experiential exercises to answer the following questions:

Who am I?
What is essential for my wellbeing and to my success as a leader?
What is the critical contribution I want to make to the world?
What am I willing to give in service to these ends?

After this initial retreat we will continue in committed conversation together on a monthly basis for the year via teleconference, to hold each other accountable and to further our plan of service.

At the six month mark, we will come back together for a second gathering in retreat. The intention of this second gathering is to harvest what we have grown over the past six months and to establish a new commitment to further the vision.

Both weekend retreats begin with dinner on Friday evening, and end with lunch at noon on Sunday.
